- User Content
- You retain all your rights to any text, images, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content").
- You grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and perform your User Content on the Service and to use your User Content to improve and develop the Service and other services and websites owned or operated by the Provider.

- Termination
- We may terminate or suspend Your Licence at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
- You can terminate Your Licence at any time, including by requesting that We delete your account, provided that You have paid any outstanding liabilities to the Provider for Your use of the Service.
- Limitation of Liability
- Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur and to the extent permitted by the Applicable Law, the liability of the Provider and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all loss or damage suffered by You shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, if anything.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Provider or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Provider or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply.
